JEM 427 Paint Stripper Strip all Metal:
JEM STRIP 427 is a fast actingpaint stripper. A powerful and yet biodegradable formulation that safely removes almost all
painted and powder coated metals, including some hard-to-remove paints such as epoxy primer. It is safe on aluminum, zinc,
magnesium, aircraft metals and titanium without corrosion. It is also safe on some plastics. So instead of paying top dollar to
send challenging jobs out, you can keep your stripping and your profits where they belong: in your own shop.
JEM 427 formula is the only chemical, which meets the MILSPEC performance standards of MILPRFS3936C (Formerly
MIL-R-839368). Which is used at most military aviation depots for stripping magnesium and aluminum aircraft and missile
parts, wheels, landing gear and for cleaning jet engine components.

ENVIRONMENTAL & HEALTH FRIENDLY:
JEM 427 is designed to minimize health and environmental risks. Non-carcinogenic, it has no methylene chloride, no phenyl
or chromates. It has no Ozone depleting components and it causes no air pollution.

- Effective on polyurethane, epoxies, polyamides, nylon, Teflon and other commonly used coatings.

- High flash point, protected by mineral oil seal floats on top of stripper to reduce drag out, odor and evaporation.

Uses:
JEM STRIP 427 is designed for use in immersion tank, full strength, at temperatures between 160 to 180 degrees (F).Mineral
oil seal is supplied with the stripper. Strip time depends on coating type, thickness and cure time. Strip time may be decreased
with mechanical agitation and by increasing temperature.
JEM STRIP 427 will not damage or remove previously applied conversion coatings. A cold or hot water rinse is required after
stripping.
Warning: Avoid water contamination of 427 to maintain metal safety.
